Small Size - Low Flow Magnetic Sensor KIM500
Kimans KIM500 series are suitable for the measurement of small flow rates of liquids that are electrically conductive, for temperatures up to 160°C. They cover diameters from DN 3 to DN 20. The degree of protection is IP 68. The flow tube is made in PTFE. The coils for the generation of the magnetic field are mounted on the external part of the flow tube, all enclosed in the stainless steel sensor body. Two measurement electrodes are placed at diametrically opposite points of the flow tube. Simple, low cost sensor.

Kimans series KIM501 are suitable for measurement of small flowrates of liquids that are electrically conductive (conductivity > 10 mS/cm) with temperatures not higher than 60º C. Diameters from DN 6 until DN20. The degree of protection is IP 67. Flow tube in polypropylene. The coils generating electromagnetic field are mounted on the external side of the flow tube. The complete assembly is enclosed in a polypropylene body. Different electrode material (AISI 316L, Hastelloy B, Hastelloy C) available on request.
