    Summary

The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing revenue by generating leads, negotiating with clients, qualifying prospects, understanding competition, managing sales of products and services.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    -Studying markets, customers, channels, and product positioning

    Administrative Logistic Officer

    We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin & Logistics Officer to handle day-to-day administrative tasks and manage all logistics operations including import/export documentation, customs clearance, vendor coordination, and record management. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office administration and timely, compliant shipment handling.

    Duties and responsibilities:
    • Use proper coding and filing structure to manage company document throughout the organization  documentation lifecycle.
    • Documentation of all processes within the systems to ensure traceability.
    • Maintain all company documents (trade licenses, visas, memo) and ensuring renewal on time.
    • Evaluate the services used by the company on billing basis (mobile phones, online software, etc..) and ensure renewal on best possible packages.
    • Coordinate with sales support for issuing of order acknowledgments and transmitting them to customers.
    • Coordinate with accounts for issuing any required documentation (proforma invoices, delivery notes, etc..)
    • Handle import documentation and follow up with production on dispatch of goods.
    • Analyze logistics requirements for each shipment, compare quotes, decide on best quote and arrange for freight bookings.
    • Coordinate with logistics partner on status and ensure correct customs clearance, while ensuring keeping internal clearance records up to date.
    • Ensuring customs documentation is done correctly for inbound and outbound shipments and company records are kept up to date.
    • Receive, check, dispatch goods and update customers on their order status.
    • Assisting with preparation of project submittals and handing over documentation.
    • Check and update status of cases on CRM.
    • Receive customer calls, take messages, and route them to concerned person.
    • Ensure adequate supplies of stationary and reordering when necessary.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration and logistics within the UAE or GCC region.
    • Good understanding of customs documentation and import/export procedures.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

    Reporting Line

    Regional Commercial Leadership (Dubai Regional Office)

    Role Purpose

    Own and drive Kimans Metering’s commercial growth in Saudi Arabia, expanding market presence and revenue through:

    • Building and managing a high-performing ecosystem of distributors, channel partners, integrators, and service partners
    • Achieving spec-in/brand approval across key engineering consultants and stakeholders
    • Creating strong market awareness and demand by engaging developers, district cooling players, and utilities, and representing Kimans at industry exhibitions and customer events
    • Delivering an annual revenue target as discussed with management for KSA across the full Kimans product portfolio

    Product Scope

    Responsible for the growth of all Kimans Metering products and solutions, including (but not limited to) thermal energy/BTU metering, water metering, AMR/reading solutions, software/billing platforms, smart valves, and related accessories/services.

    Key Responsibilities

    1) KSA Growth Ownership

    • Build and execute an annual KSA go-to-market plan with clear targets, account focus, partner strategy, and quarterly milestones.
    • Own end-to-end growth across Saudi Arabia, ensuring activity and coverage in all regions.

    2) Channel & Partner Ecosystem Development

    • Identify, recruit, onboard, and activate distributors, channel partners, integrators, and service partners across KSA.
    • Develop partner enablement: training, joint customer visits, technical alignment, lead flow, and quarterly performance reviews.
    • Ensure partners represent Kimans consistently and professionally, and that opportunities are driven through the right channels.

    3) Consultant Approvals & Specification Strategy

    • Drive Kimans brand inclusion in consultant specifications and approvals.
    • Candidate is expected to define and justify the “must-win” consultant list as part of their plan, supported by clear market logic (portfolio influence, project value, tender control, geographic coverage, etc.).
    • Conduct technical/commercial presentations and manage documentation/submittals required for approvals.

    4) Demand Generation & Market Awareness

    • Build Kimans visibility by meeting and influencing:
      • Developers
      • District cooling operators / project owners
      • Utilities
      • Contractors, end users, and other decision makers as needed
    • Represent Kimans at exhibitions, conferences, and technical events; generate qualified leads and convert them into opportunities.

    5) Opportunity & Deal Execution

    • Build and manage a robust pipeline from prospecting through negotiation and closing.
    • Commercial authority: empowered to approve pricing/discounts and payment terms within company policy and profitability guidelines.
    • Coordinate internal support from Dubai regional office for pre-sales, technical support, marketing coordination, and sales administration.

    6) CRM, Reporting & Forecasting Discipline

    • Maintain accurate CRM records for accounts, partner activity, consultant approvals, meetings, and opportunities.
    • Provide weekly/monthly reports covering: pipeline, forecast, key account progress, partner performance, and action plans to close gaps.

    Success Measures (KPIs)

    • Annual revenue: TBD
    • Pipeline quality and accuracy (stage health, conversion, forecast accuracy)
    • Strategic partner activation and partner-generated opportunity flow
    • Consultant approvals/specification wins (tracked and evidenced)
    • Market activity levels (high-quality meetings, decision-maker access, event outputs)
    • Win/loss learning loop and competitive intelligence contribution

    Required Experience & Qualifications

    • Strong track record building markets and closing project-based B2B deals in KSA (typically 8–12+ years).
    • Demonstrated success working through partners/channels and influencing consultants/specifications.
    • Experience selling into developers, district cooling, and utilities is highly preferred.
    • Strong negotiation and commercial acumen; capable of owning pricing and payment terms decisions responsibly.
    • Fluent Arabic (mandatory) and strong English communication skills.
    • Willingness to travel extensively across KSA.
